Instructions on how to record your paper presentation/poster presentation/keynote lecture are now available here: 

Speaker recording general instructions

Once you have recorded your video, you will have to upload it using the code of your paper (6 digits) as part of the file name. You have received this code by email, it is also available in the submission section. 

Please note that there is a small inaccuracy at the end of the video presentation that you will find as part of the instructions: your recording will be available for all participants to watch it two weeks before the date of the conference.  

Please also find the release form below according to the type of contribution you will be presenting (paper, plenary or poster). Please fill it in by September 15:
